Residence of Mr and Mrs P H Byers at 1032 Washington Ave

The Byers residence, completed early in the summer by Mr Wills, attracts attention from all passers on Outer Washington Ave. It combines compactness with a spacious front, and in general lines looks distinctively colonial. On the interior one of the best features is a large central hallway with a fireplace at the rear. From this hallway entry may be made to every downstairs room
