3000 shoppers on buying binge force city's biggest market to close on its openin

As thousands of shoppers jammed against the plate glass front at Brown's New Master Market, 1301 W Franklin St, the doors were locked and a "Closed" sign painted on the windows. When the crowd thinned after 10 a.m., the store reopened. Parked trucks barricaded the shoppers from the windows
