east division and willow Records from Fowler and Karges Architects & Engineers, announcing the plans for the Rosedale Theater (Nov. 1927) A new neighborhood theater, the Rosedale, will be built at Division Street and Ross Avenue, by John K. Jennings and Harry Kornblume, joint owners, it was announced Friday by Fowler and Karges, architects. Bids to be let 22 November. The theater will be of brick, two stories high and will have a seating capacity of 700. A pipe organ will also be installed.
