Built 1900 Seip & Pfeifer saloon contoured the old state road 1901 Pfeifer saloon / Woodlawn Hall 1905 Pfeifer & Litty saloon 1907 Pfeifer saloon saloon 1910
A garage at 1112 N Governor was built by 1922 for Price E Phillips garage automobile repair
By 1950 P E Phillips & Son took over the corner building--probably for offices The company now specialized in tractor sales and service / farm equipment
The garage was razed summer 2012. The main building was vacant for some time and was razed March 2013
