New courthouse

city block bounded by 4th court 5th and vine, no longer gvmt offices but well preserved by conrad baker foundation, eight candleabrae on the stairways have been replaced with rounded capstones. Note the tower of now demolished assumption school in the background. the double house on 5th st still stans between the two wings of lockyear college
