funds raised in 1912 cornerstone laid may 20 1913 dedicated june 6 1914 five story $240,000 completed in 1913, beaux arts box featured residential meeting and recreational faciliites

left after building a new facility behind this one in 1981 sold to Lockyear Business College jan 1982 remodeled as dorms several people later tried adaptive resuses of the old building

after Lockyear went bankrupt in 1992 the building was again vacant. in 1994 the y returned to the their former home in need of the additional space
