Ragland Memorial Gymnasium, Fulton School

Here is the Floyd C Ragland Memorial gymnasium recently erected as a part of the Fulton Ave school plant and dedicated this week. Mr. Ragland, whose death occurred last year, was principal of the Fulton School and his passing was deeply mourned by the childred of the school.
